Most cooler bags are stitched together, which means every seam is a place for melted ice to escape. This one uses a heat-pressed (welded) PEVA liner instead — no needle holes, no leaks. You can put loose ice straight in it, or carry a dripping bottle home, without soaking your car boot.
Built in three layers: a tough 900D matte Oxford outer that shrugs off scuffs and rain, a thick pearl-cotton insulating core, and the food-safe PEVA inner shell. At 15 litres it swallows a full day's meals, a few drinks, or a couple of takeaway orders, and carries by twin top handles or the detachable shoulder strap.
