Insulated Lunch Bag 10L — Four Layers of Real Insulation
Most lunch bags are fabric with a sheet of foil glued inside. This one is built in four distinct layers, and the difference shows up by lunchtime.
A tough 600D Oxford shell on the outside, then 5mm of pearl cotton — thick enough to genuinely slow heat transfer and cushion whatever's inside. Behind that sits a smooth nylon interlayer whose only job is to stop the cotton and the foil rubbing against each other, which is what causes cheap bags to crackle, tear and lose their insulation. The innermost layer is reinforced aluminium foil: waterproof, and it wipes clean with a cloth.
Ten litres is enough for a full day — containers, a drink bottle, fruit and snacks — and the whole thing weighs just 230g, so it adds nothing to your bag.
